Important Notes
A copyright seal must be affixed on all CCA & CCDC electronic documents. A printed electronic document with a copyright seal is the equivalent to an original hard-copy document. The use of the seal is intended to demonstrate that the CCA & CCDC document is authentic, accurate and unamended. The use of an electronically generated document not containing a copyright seal constitutes infringement of copyright. These documents should only be signed if the front page has a copyright seal.
